  • First DUI Conviction: from $500.00 to $1,000.00.  If you had a blood or breath alcohol concentration of .15 or higher, or there was a minor in the vehicle, the fines will be enhanced to at least $1,000.00.
  • Second DUI Conviction: from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00.  If you had a blood or breath alcohol concentration of .15 or higher, or there was a minor in the vehicle, the fines will be enhanced to at least $2,000.00.
  • Third DUI Conviction More than 10 years: from $2,000.00 to $5,000.00. 
  • Third Conviction Within 10 years: Not more than $5,000.00
  • Fourth or Subsequent DUI Conviction: Not less than $2,000.00.
